Our Process

Our Personalized Four Step Process...

We use a client-centric four step approach, focused on pursuing specific milestones that we create together. Our comprehensive planning process is designed to help identify your needs, implement your strategy and monitor it regularly, to help you stay on course

1. Assessing your needs and finances

We begin by asking you to complete a confidential personal profile, which helps us gain a deeper understanding of your current financial status and goals for your future.

2. Preparing your Plan

We provide a detailed analysis of your finances, develop a variety of customized strategies, then offer suitable recommendations to address your current and future needs.

3. Implementing your strategy

After we work together to determine the best approach, we put your personalized plan into action. This step includes helping you complete necessary documents for transfers and rollovers and properly explaining the processes involved.

4. Monitoring your plan

We then maintain consistent communication with you, carefully monitoring your portfolio and making adjustments, when necessary. This is the most important step in the entire process, but also seems to be the most overlooked in our industry. We recommend meeting with your Financial Advisor every year to review your portfolio. This allows us to properly adapt to an ever changing world. As with many things in life, communication is the key for success!
